Rhiannon's Ride

This piece is made with lapis lazuli and chrysocolla. Rhiannon is a Welsh goddess in the stories of the Mabinogion, associated with horses, women’s sovereignty, consent, and love. In one of her stories, she rides a horse faster than anyone can chase her, and only can be caught up to when asked nicely! Lapis lazuli is a stone of wisdom, insight and the inner vision, helping us to explore mythology, metaphor and meaning through study, meditation and spiritual guidance. Chrysocolla is a stone of Goddess wisdom and guidance, helping us to understand meaning and connect with the divine feminine through story and exploration. 
 
Cord is dark blue coloured. Length is adjustable with a sliding knot fastening. Can be worn long or short.
