Nemeton of the Grove

This necklace is made with howlite, chrysoprase and a small piece of hematite. It also features a triple spiral that can have many meanings. Here the intention is for it to represent the meeting of energies in the space of the sacred grove. A grove is a clearing among trees where we feel into the nemeton or sacred space where ritual might be performed. Here we commune with the energies and spirits of nature to find guidance, understanding and peace. Howlite is a stone of calm, peaceful stillness. It helps us to calm busy thoughts and find peace within and without. Chrysoprase is also a stone of peace – particularly the peace we find in natural places. It helps us to dive deeply into that peace and bring space to our experience that creativity might arise within it. Hematite is a stone of cleansing and clearing energy. It helps us to release negativity, and ground ourselves in presence. In combination this is a wonderful energy for helping us to move into sacred space, to explore sacred spaces in nature, and to find the right state of mind for ritual, meditation and communication with nature spirits and the nemeton of the Grove.
