Fullness of Life

This piece is made with red jasper, blue coloured howlite and citrine. Red jasper is a stone of sense awareness, physical pleasure and joy in our experience of being alive. Howlite is a stone of peace and calm that helps soothe and settle the emotions. Citrine is a stone of creativity, mental clarity and optimism. Together, they encourage a joyful experience of life and existing in a body. They help awaken us to finding joy in the simple things in life, such as the breath, bathing, eating, drinking, feeling the cool breeze in Summer or the warm sun in Winter, enjoying the beauty of nature and the joy of laughter and peace.   
 
Length is adjustable with a sliding knot fastening.
